Lemon Prosecco Grilled Shrimp

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup Bloombox Foods' Lemon Prosecco vinaigrette
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the Lemon Prosecco vinaigrette, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
