4 tbsp Leafy Dressing
4 cups Frisee or Mixed Spring Greens
1/4 cup Manchego Cheese, Grated
1/4 cup Marcona Almonds, Crushed
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1. Wash and dry lettuce greens.
2. Place greens in a large salad bowl and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Gently dress the greens with vinaigrette and half the grated cheese to coat the greens. Save remaining cheese for garnish.
4. Divide the dressed greens between 4 serving plates, garnish with remaining cheese and Marcona almonds. Serve immediately.
Chef Tip: Tossing the salad with your hands will better insure coverage of dressing and cheese.
